Australia Wide Supports (AWS) is seeking an experienced Lead NDIS Support Coordinator for Melbourne and Geelong to lead our coordination team, supporting complex participants to achieve their NDIS plan goals.

As Lead, you will hold a participant caseload while providing clinical oversight, quality assurance, and day-to-day leadership to a team of Support Coordinators. You will be the escalation point for complex cases and drive best practice across the team.
