About The Role
n
As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients and families
n
Manage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settings
n
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
n
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
n
Support accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirements
n
Assist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service delivery
n
Complete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties
n
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience using practice management software (essential)
n
Knowledge of NDIS administration processes or similar funding systems
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
n
A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
n

Essential Compliance Requirements

Working with Children Check
n
National Police Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
n
n
