The Role
n
Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You willbe responsible forsupervising subcontractors, managing sitelogisticsand supporting the delivery team to meetprogrammeand quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate
subcontractors,suppliersand
siteLabourer to ensure smooth project delivery
n
Assistin implementing construction programs and site plans
n
Oversee day-to-day site operations including deliveries and trade coordination
n
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards
n
Support quality assurance bymonitoringworks and ensuring compliance with specifications
n
Identifyand address site issues,risksand defects early
n
Maintain clear communication with site teams and management
n
Promote a
positive,productiveand
safe site culture

About You
n
Experience:Minimum5+years
experiencein a Leading Hand or similar role.
Backgroundincommercial
or industrial construction projects. Experience coordinating multiple trades and site activities.
n
Skills & Attributes:Strong communicationand leadership skills. Ability to coordinate trades and manage workflow on-site. Solid planning
andorganisationalskills.
Proactive approach to problem solving and safety management. Team-focused with a commitment to delivering quality projects.
n
Qualifications &Licences;: Trade qualification preferred. Current First Aid Certificate. Relevant site
tickets/trainingadvantageous(e.g.working
at heights, confined spaces). Driver'sLicencerequired.
