Job Description
Aequra Residences is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator at our Punchbowl residence to support clinical quality, staff capability and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate staff education, competency assessment, clinical auditing and continuous-improvement activities.

Role involves analysing audit results, incidents, clinical data and feedback to identify improvements and support the Care Manager and team in implementing corrective actions.
