Job Description
nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician based in Townsville to perform hands-on installations, repairs and maintenance across copper and fibre networks. You'll work independently on customer premises, install cabling, set up equipment and troubleshoot faults while ensuring customers feel supported.

No prior telecommunications experience is required; training is provided. A safety-first mindset, explicit communication, and a current, clean driver's licence are essential.
