Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturer where no two days are the same? We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its people, equipment and site, creating an excellent prospect for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join the team.
n
This is a hands-on role working within a high-volume production environment, ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvement across the site.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
n
Fault find and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, pneumatic and mechanical issues.
n
Carry out planned maintenance in line with the site's maintenance schedule.
n
Diagnose breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.




n
Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximise equipment performance.
n
Assist with machinery upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects.
n
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures.
n
n
About You:
n
n
A Grade Electrical Licence.
n
Previous maintenance experience within an FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or packaging environment.
n
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
n
Experience with PLC fault finding
n
A proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
n
