About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
At least two years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
Experiencementoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
Passionate about stakeholder management and pride yourself on effective communication skills
The Role
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
Foster a collaborative and positive team workplace, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
