Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedAcrylic Fabricator to join our growing South East Melbourne workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company producing high-quality custom acrylic products for commercial, retail, architectural and industrial applications.

You will be involved in the complete fabrication process, from interpreting drawings through to assembly and final finishing, working on a diverse range of custom projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
Fabricate custom acrylic and plastic products from technical drawings.
n
Measure, cut, machine, bend, glue, polish and assemble acrylic components.
n
Operate workshop machinery including CNC routers, panel saws, laser cutters and polishing equipment.
n
Heat bend and thermoform acrylic materials.
n
Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
n
Read and interpret workshop drawings accurately.
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n




Work independently and collaboratively within a skilled production team.
n
Skills & Experience
n
Previous experience in acrylic or plastic fabrication.
n
Experience with Perspex, Plexiglas or similar acrylic materials.
n
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
n
Experience with acrylic gluing, polishing and finishing.
n
Strong problem-solving skills.
n
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
n
