Royer Mace Lawyers is a growing Sydney CBD law firm recognised for providing practical, commercial and high-quality legal advice. We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (Associate to Senior Associate) to join our team.

About the Role
n
You will manage your own files while working closely with the Principal on a broad range of property and commercial matters, including:
n
n
Residential and commercial conveyancing;
n
Off-the-plan transactions;
n
Commercial and retail leasing;
n
Property development matters;
n
Strata and community title matters;
n
Sale and purchase of businesses;
n
Property and commercial disputes; and
n
Range of other matters
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role,



you will:
n
n
Have approximately 3–7+ years PAE (Associate to Senior Associate level) (prefer to have interstate experience but not essential);
n
Have robust experience in property law and conveyancing;
n
Be capable of managing matters with minimal supervision;
n
Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
n
Be commercially minded, client-focused and solutions driven;
n
Speak a language asides from English (preferred but not essential)
