PRONTO Systems Specialist
n
This position is responsible for providing advanced support, guidance across core business systems, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain well‐structured, and continue to evolve in line with organisational needs. The role combines system administration, project coordination, user enablement, reporting support, and continuous improvement.

You'll work across:
n
n
Process Improvement – working closely with internal stakeholders.
n
Projects – system implementations, integrations and change initiatives.
n
User Support – providing guidance, troubleshooting and training across the group.
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum of five years' hands‐on experience administering and supporting ERP platforms, ideally with deep functional and technical understanding.
n
Practical experience applying structured project management methodologies in system or technology environments.




n
Practitioner‐level certification in a recognised project management framework (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM) is advantageous.
n
