Senior Business Analyst // HRIS implementation
We're looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join a major HR technology transformation within a large, established organisation.
The program is currently in a key delivery phase, implementing a new HRIS across the business. The initial release will focus on
Core HR and Workforce/Position Management
, followed by further functionality including Recruitment/Hiring and Compensation.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering across key HR and People & Culture processes.
Document
AS-IS and TO-BE processes
and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop BRDs, business requirements, process maps and supporting documentation.
Define processes and procedures across
Core HR and Position Management
.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the implementation team.
Work closely with P&C;, Technology and vendors across system and integration requirements.
Support
UAT, functional testing, defect resolution and business acceptance
.
Assist with data, process and integration impacts across connected enterprise platforms.
Support go-live, hypercare and transition into BAU.




Contribute to requirements and planning for subsequent HRIS releases.
Requirements
Strong Senior Business Analyst experience across
HRIS implementations (end to end)
.
Experience with platforms such as
HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ELMO or similar
.
Strong requirements gathering and
AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping
capability.
Good understanding of
Core HR, employee lifecycle and position/workforce management processes
.
Experience with UAT and end-to-end implementation delivery.
Ability to understand system integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.
Strong stakeholder management skills across HR/P&C; and technology teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation setting with tight delivery timelines.
Financial services or insurance experience would be advantageous.
