With a practical and adaptable approach to project delivery, they have built a solid reputation for successfully delivering complex projects and maintaining long-standing client relationships. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team and contribute to a diverse pipeline of upcoming projects.

THE ROLEn
n
Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for a diverse range of commercial construction projects.
n
Review project documentation, drawings, specifications and scope requirements.
n
Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
n
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
n
Analyse project risks, exclusions, inclusions and commercial requirements.
n
Work closely with the construction and project delivery teams throughout the tender process.
n
Assist with procurement strategies and ensure tender submissions are delivered within required timeframes.
n
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.

n
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction.
n
Strong experience estimating commercial construction projects across multiple sectors.
n
Experience with projects such as education, health, aged care, community, leisure or government.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs, subcontractor pricing and procurement.
n
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
n
Confident reviewing complex documentation and identifying project risks.
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
