Job Description
My client in Sydney is looking for a Test Automation Lead.
This role will architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up, define the automation roadmap, and lead the strategy across multiple applications and business processes.
Functions
Architect and implement a Test Automation Framework from the ground up
Define the automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
Work with UiPath (or other automation tools) — but focus on framework, not tooling
Build, mentor, and scale a capable offshore automation team
Collaborate with stakeholders, BA teams, and engineering leaders to drive quality-first delivery
Provide expert guidance on automation opportunities, efficiencies, and scalability
Skills
Proven experience establishing test automation frameworks in enterprise environments




Strong background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands‐on implementation
Experience with UiPath or similar automation platforms (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca)
Ability to build and manage offshore delivery teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience inproperty/constructionindustries or with Yardi (nice to have but not essential)
