We're seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our ANZ Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic procurement professional to lead complex sourcing initiatives across technology and telecommunications categories while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver value, innovation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
n
Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement, ANZ Hub, with a strong connection to Global IT Procurement, you'll play a pivotal role in driving procurement outcomes across our regional technology portfolio.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across IT and Telecommunications categories, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, connectivity, managed services, and emerging technologies.
n
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and WSP's global technology roadmap.
n
Manage supplier selection, market analysis, RFx events, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
n
Negotiate high-value technology and telecommunications agreements, ensuring commercial value, risk mitigation, compliance, and strong supplier partnerships.
n
Champion procurement governance, ESG standards, supplier risk management, and technology-related compliance requirements, including data privacy and security considerations.
n
Collaborate closely with IT, operational leaders,
and key stakeholders to define requirements and deliver strategic procurement outcomes.
n
Drive continuous improvement, digital enablement, and adoption of procurement technologies and processes.
n
Mentor and support procurement colleagues, sharing expertise and building capability across the team.

About You
n
You'll be a commercially astute procurement professional who thrives in a complex, stakeholder-driven setting and enjoys delivering strategic outcomes through strong supplier relationships and negotiation expertise.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
4–8 years' procurement experience, including significant exposure to IT and/or Telecommunications procurement.
n
Strong knowledge of software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud sourcing, and telecommunications procurement.
n
Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships.
n
Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Scanmarket.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
n
An understanding of supplier risk, data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
n
Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or technology procurement qualifications will be highly regarded.
