Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for franchise partners, assisting with operational queries, workflow guidance, and general business support
Store compliance and inspections conducted regularly on site across store locations to maintain high quality, hygiene, and brand consistency
Hands-on operational and leadership training for store staff and managers, ensuring consistency and excellence across the team
Site visits and reporting to prepare clear follow-up inspection reports and action plans that guide franchise owners towards continuous improvement
About You




You are a detail-oriented professional with a background in management—experience within food service or franchising is highly regarded.
Your hands-on experience managing a store will come in handy, allowing you to bring a personal touch and genuine empathy to everyday franchisee communication.
What we would like you to bring
Proven management experience within the food & beverage industry
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace apps
You must hold a valid driver's licence
Have your own vehicle
Willingness to travel locally and interstate for store visitation cycles
