Regional Manager | OSHC
South-East Brisbane, Redlands and Gold Coast
Lead 15 services — with the backing to make a real difference
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 15 Outside School Hours Care services across South-East Brisbane, the Redlands and the Gold Coast.
This is a genuine operational leadership role.
You will spend time in your services, support your Coordinators, build strong relationships with schools and communities, and help teams create safe, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable environments for children.
Most importantly, you will not be expected to fix everything alone.

We are serious about lifting standards across our services — not simply because an assessment is coming, but because children deserve consistent, high-quality care every day.
What you will be doing
You will lead, coach and support the Service Leaders across your portfolio, helping them build capable teams and strong, sustainable services.
Being visible and present across your 15 services
Coaching Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators and helping them grow as leaders
Supporting services with quality, compliance and Assessment & Rating readiness
Building trusted relationships with school principals, families and community partners
Improving team stability, engagement, enrolments and overall service performance
Identifying problems early and working with your leaders to find practical solutions
Keeping children's safety, wellbeing and experience at the centre of decision-making
Working closely with our Quality, Inclusion and operational leadership teams
About you
You may already be working as a Regional Manager, Area Manager or senior multi-site leader within education, early learning or OSHC.
Experience leading multiple services or operational locations
Strong knowledge of child safety, compliance and quality standards
A proven ability to improve services and strengthen Assessment & Rating outcomes
The confidence to coach experienced leaders and have honest conversations when required
A practical, calm and supportive leadership style
Strong stakeholder management skills,
particularly with schools and community partners
The ability to balance people, quality, compliance and commercial outcomesA genuine belief that high standards and a positive workplace culture should go together
