Job Description
Aliaxis is seeking a proactive HSE Manager to drive a solid safety culture at the Smithfield manufacturing site.
You will coach leaders, strengthen safety ownership, and lead injury management and incident investigations.
The role requires 7–10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence across all levels of the business.
Onsite operations with a focus on Go for Zero and sustainability.
