The Opportunity
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering compliant, compelling and high-quality bids and EOIs, while supporting continuous improvement across bidding systems and content.
Working closely with bid managers, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders, you will help position UGL for success across major energy and infrastructure opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of EOIs, tenders and proposals
Draft, edit and manage bid content, including developing new responses and leveraging previous submissions
Ensure all tender conditions are met to deliver fully compliant submissions
Support the development of benchmark responses and best‐practice approaches to tender questions
Coordinate input from multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and cohesive submissions
Ensure production of high‐quality, complete and professional bid documentation
Manage and maintain the New Energy tender library
Support administration and ongoing management of the CRM system
About You
Skills & Experience
Relevant experience and/or qualifications inMarketing, Communications, PR, Business, Commerce, Administration, or industry‐related disciplines such asEngineering, Project Management or Property
Demonstrated experience coordinating bids or proposals, ideally withinconstruction, utilities, renewables, rail or other safety‐critical environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong capability acrossMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
