Duties




Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations
Raking, shovelling and spreading materials
Loading and unloading plant, equipment and materials
Drive crew trucks between depots and project sites
Assist plant operators and spray crews
General civil and road construction labouring
Set up and pack down work sites
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
No spray seal experience?
No worries.
If you've got a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work and are keen to learn a specialist trade, full on-the-job training will be provided.Essential Requirements:
Construction White Card (Essential)
Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
Able to work Day Shift, Night Shift and Away Work when required
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
Able to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
Desirable Tickets & ExperiencePrevious Spray Seal or Asphalt experience
Civil Construction experience
Roller, Skid Steer or Excavator tickets
Traffic Control tickets
Working at Heights
Confined Space
HR Truck Licence
Plant operating experience
