You will own team performance, oversee escalations and ensure timely, skilled support after handover.
Reporting to state leadership, you'll guide supervisors, coordinate workloads and maintain strong customer and contractor relationships across Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
