What We're Looking For:
5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven success overseeing ground-up projects $15M+
Experience in education, healthcare, higher education, and government work
Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily field operations
Strong grasp of safety, quality control, and sequencing
Leadership ability to drive field teams and resolve on-site challenges
