We're seekingSenior HR Advisorto join a site-based teams in the Dysartregion, supporting a large mining operations with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow.

You'll work closely with theHR superintendenton site. This is a great chance for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having strong HR leadership around you.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
n
Support and coordinate investigations,
performance processes, and compliance matters
n
Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
n
Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
n
Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
n
Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous HR experience in mining or industrial environments
n
Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
n
Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
n
Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
n
