We are currently looking to expand our team with a positive, driven and experienced Foreman/Leading Hand who is passionate about leading their team and driving safety and quality with a strong regard for productivity and efficiency.
n
The ability to prioritise competing tasks simultaneously is essential, together with demonstrated strong planning and leadership skills. Your vast experience and exposure in the civil construction industry is highly regarded.
n
Located in Benalla, the role has vast responsibilities to provide leadership to an established site delivery team. This role will require National travel.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A minimum of 3 years recent experience in works similar to road construction/bulk earthworks within the Australian construction sector an advantage.
n
Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
You are passionate about the great outdoors, working with others towards the same goals.
n
A natural technical flair for problem solving and attention to detail.
n




You are self-motivated to get the job done right the first time.
n
You are happy to travel to various locations in Victoria and sometimes stay away from home.
n
A flexible and adaptable mindset and are willing to learn recent operations.
n
Ability to communicate respectfully to all customers and your colleagues.
n
Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
n
A HR licence will be essential, but HC (Road Ranger) would be preferable.
