The Opportunity
n
This role is flexible depending on your experience - Manager through to Senior Manager / Associate Director level.
n
Expect to be:
n
n
Leading client strategy and advisory meetings
n
Delivering 3-way forecasting and financial modelling
n
Advising on structuring, tax planning, and growth strategies
n
Acting as a true business partner to your clients
n
Providing end‐to‐end CFO‐style advisory across a large client base
n
Managing and mentoring within a team of 25 (with offshore support)
n
Stepping into a genuine advisory‐focused position,



working with a strong portfolio of clients up to $100mill turnover.
n

This is not a compliance-heavy role - it's about building relationships and driving real outcomes for clients.
n
About You
n
n
7+ years' experience in tax/advisory within public practice
n
Robust communication skills - you actually enjoy working with people
n
Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in advisory
n
