About the role
n
You'll delivershort term, capacity building programsto NDIS participants — primarily young adults — supporting them to build independence, social skills and/ or move towards employment or further education.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Creating and delivering evidence-based, practical interventions for individuals and small groups
n
Documenting participant progress and achievement towards goals
n
Writing NDIS reports and recommendations




n
Working with participants, families, and support networks
n
Contributing ideas as we grow the service
n
Hours range from 3 hrs + per week and are flexible
n
n
This role is ideal if you want to focus onreal, everyday outcomesandenjoy being creative

About you
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A relevant Allied Health qualification and registration (AHPRA or equivalent registration)
n
Experience in allied health (NDIS helpful, but not essential)
n
Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
n
Confidence working with participants and stakeholders
n
Experience or interest in developing short therapeutic, capacity building programs
n
A genuine interest in person-centred, strengths-based practice
n
n
