What You'll Do

Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.
n
Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.
n
Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
n
Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.
n
Conduct regular face-to-face visits to build strong therapeutic relationships.
n
Produce NDIS required plans within NDIS timeframesand skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.

Essential
n

Essential-You hold a current driver's license and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
n
Essential-You have current NDIS Worker Screening (by commencement date).
n
Essential-ABN + Skilled indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date).
n
Essential-Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n

Preferred
n

Preferred-Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
