You'll oversee a local commercial and industrial portfolio of around 80 properties, working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager. This role offers hands‐on involvement in all aspects of commercial property management – without the overload. You'll benefit from one‐on‐one mentoring, excellent systems, and a solid admin structure to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio (approx. 100 properties to start)

Coordinate lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
n
No trust accounting or arrears management
n

About You

Must have commercial property management experience
n
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
n
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Professional, proactive, and collaborative
