Launch Recruitment is seeking a Senior RAN Engineer to join our client's Engineering team in Melbourne. You will design, deploy, commission and optimise 4G, 5G and microwave networks across critical wireless infrastructure projects.

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform RF planning and drive KPI improvements, with hands-on use of TEMS, Nemo, ATDI HTZ and Cambium Link Planner. The role offers substantial ownership and opportunities to influence network performance.
