Our client operates a key freight terminal at Glenlee and is seeking a reliable and organised Gatehouse Keeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rapid-paced logistics setting.
What you will be doing
Operating systems to efficiently gate in & gate out trucks
Sending out daily reports to customers and stakeholders
Liaising with terminal operators to capture live data
Greeting and directing trucks entering and leaving the terminal
Performing data entry into internal systems
What you will need
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous administration or gatehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Confidence using computer systems and completing data entry
