Their Australian division is undergoing strategic growth and seeks a bilingual leader to enhance market development and drive associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the Australian market.
n
Lead and mentor a high-performing Market Development team.
n
Identify and support emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development.
n
Design and deliver impactful training programs and roadshows for associates at all levels.
n
Oversee recognition programs including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events.
n
Manage onboarding processes in collaboration with marketing and HQ teams.
n
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with associates and keep them aligned with company goals.
n
Analyse competitor trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
n
Represent the company at local and international events, including weekends and evenings.
n
Maintain budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
n

Desired Skills and Attributes
n
n
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
n
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,



communications, or health sciences.
n
At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
n
Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
n
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
n
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and development.
n
Confident, motivated, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.
