Skilled Qualified Baker

Full-Time 38 hours (includes a Weekend day)

Level 4 - Experienced Trade Rate (Above award rate)

Fresh & Save Maryborough has a full-production bakery, creating products from scratch along with a wide range of breads, cakes, and sweet treats.
n
We're looking for a skilled, qualified baker to join our team and help deliver high-quality bakery products every day.
n
Key Attributes:

Trade-qualified with experience in scratch bakery production.
n
Skilled in reading, executing, and troubleshooting recipes.
n
Familiar with production sheets and workflow management.
n
Focused on product quality, merchandising, and minimising shrink.
n
Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to assist across all areas of the bakery.
n
Committed to Food Safety and WH&S; standards.
n
Works well independently and as part of a team.
