About the Role
n
Klaus Multiparking ANZ is seeking experienced subcontractors and installation teams based in New South Wales to support the installation and commissioning of premium car parking systems across Australia.
n
This is a flexible, as-needed subcontracting opportunity suited to mechanical installers, industrial tradespeople, riggers, lift installers,



maintenance technicians, and construction contractors looking to supplement their existing workload with rewarding project-based work.

While opportunities are available throughout Australia, we are currently experiencing a particularly high volume of work in New South Wales and are actively seeking contractors in this region.
n
As a Subcontract Installation Partner based in Recent South Wales, you will work alongside Klaus Multiparking ANZ to install, commission, test, and hand over innovative parking systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
n
Projects vary in size and complexity, ranging from small residential car stackers to large multi-level parking systems.
n
This is an independent contractor role.

Key Responsibilities
n

Installation and assembly of mechanical car stackers and parking systems
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation manuals
n
Commissioning and testing equipment to ensure safe operation
n
Troubleshooting and resolving installation issues on-site
n
Liaising with builders, site supervisors, and Klaus project managers
n
Ensuring compliance with site safety requirements for each state and company standards
n
Completing installation documentation and commissioning reports
n

About You

Mechanical installation experience
n
Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or in a small team
n
Experience reading technical drawings and construction plans
n
Professional communication skills
n
Reliable transport and own tools
n
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
n
Public Liability and Work Cover Insurance (Essential)
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience with car stackers, car lifts, elevators, cranes, or industrial machinery
n
Mechanical fitting background
n
EWP, Working at Heights, White Card, or other construction-related certifications
n
Ability to lead a small installation crew
