The Opportunity
n
Working as part of a highly experienced and collaborative team, you'll play a leading role in the origination, structuring and execution of complex limited recourse financing transactions.
n
You'll lead smaller transactions independently while taking ownership of key workstreams on larger, high-profile deals, working alongside experienced Directors and Executive Directors.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading the execution of complex Project Finance transactions from origination through to financial close.
n
Structuring and assessing financing solutions in line with risk appetite.
n




Preparing and presenting high-quality credit submissions and investment papers.
n
Managing due diligence, documentation and external advisers throughout the transaction process.
n
Building strong relationships with institutional clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
n
Supporting the ongoing management of an existing loan portfolio.
n
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
n

About You
n
We're keen to speak with professionals who have:
n
n
Demonstrated Project Finance, Structured Finance or Infrastructure Finance experience.
n
A robust background in transaction execution and credit analysis.
n
Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
n
Experience preparing credit papers and presenting transactions for approval.
n
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex transactions.
n
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
n
n
Candidates from leading banks, project finance advisory, debt advisory or other relevant structured finance environments are encouraged to apply.
