The Role
n
We seek a dedicated Wills and Estates Solicitor passionate about estate and succession planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, high-performing environment and is eager to grow their expertise in Wills and Estates law.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Advising clients on estate and succession planning matters
n
Drafting high-quality legal documents and correspondence
n
Managing probate and estate administration matters
n
Assisting with all aspects of conducting and defending proceedings in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW, including:n
n
Legal research
n
Drafting observations to Counsel
n
Writing correspondence
n
Interviewing witnesses and drafting affidavits




n
n
Advising executors, administrators, and beneficiaries on deceased estate administration
n
Collaborating with a team of experienced legal professionals
n
Attending professional training, seminars, and conferences to expand your expertise
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
1+ years PQE in Wills and Estates law
n
Strong academic background and excellent research skills
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Attention to detail and solid organisational abilities
n
A cooperative and optimistic attitude
n
A keen interest in equity and succession law and a desire to specialise in this area
n
Admission to practise law in NSW (Completed or undertaking a Masters in Wills and Estates is highly regarded)
n
