What You'll Be Doing
n

You'llbe working closely withclients of all backgrounds, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and reach their goals.You'll:
n
Utiliseyourspecialist
knowledge and skills toassistpeople to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
n
Evaluatethe treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
n
Helpmobidentifyfuture
employment or training options by reviewing their transferable
skills,qualificationsand
interests
n
Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinicalexpertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
n
Responsible forcase management to plan,
coordinate andmonitoryour client's progress toward theirreturn-to-workgoal
n
