We're currently working with a busy civil contractor that's picking up more work across Sydney and is looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman.
n
This is a hands-on role where you'll be running day-to-day site operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and making sure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
n
The Role
n
n
Manage day-to-day site activities
n
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineers
n
Run toolbox talks and maintain site safety
n
Keep projects moving to programme
n
Ensure work is completed to a high standard
n
n




What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor
n
Strong background in civil construction
n
Able to lead teams and communicate well on site
n
Good understanding of WHS requirements
n
Current driver's licence and relevant tickets
n
n
Projects include
n
n
Bulk earthworks
n
Road upgrades
n
Subdivisions
n
Stormwater and drainage
n
Utilities
n
Concrete works
n
