Melbourne Disability Services (MDS) is seeking an experienced Disability House Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This role is ideal for a robust leader with SIL experience who can manage staff, compliance, and daily operations while creating a safe and empowering environment for participants.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes
n
Lead and support disability support staff
n
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
n
Liaise with families, allied health and key stakeholders
n
Support participant goals and positive outcomes
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Proven experience in SIL or residential disability leadership
n
Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework
n
Excellent communication and people management skills
n
Driver's Licence and relevant clearances
n
n
