Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end portfolio management
n
Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
n
Building solid relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
1 years experience in residential property management
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
A proactive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
