About the Agency & Our Client:

We are partnering with a highly respected, leading Remedial Builder who has secured a massive pipeline of works across Sydney. Known for their exceptional culture and high-quality project delivery, they specialise in complex multi-residential and insurance remedial projects.
n
Due to sustained growth, they are looking for an experienced Remedial Site Manager to lead site teams and deliver projects ranging from $3m to $12m in value.
n
The Role:
n
As the Remedial Site Manager, you will be the driving force on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Your projects will be spread across premium Sydney locations, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Sydney.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Oversee day-to-day in office operations, managing sub-contractors and direct labor.
n
Manage remedial works including concrete repair, waterproofing, facade refurbishment, and structural upgrades.
n
Ensure strict adherence to WH&S; policies, quality assurance, and project timelines.
n
Liaise closely with Project Managers, building consultants, strata managers, and residential tenants.
n
Conduct site inductions, toolboxes,



and maintain accurate site diaries.
n

About You:
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring a mix of hands-on trade experience and strong site leadership skills.
n
Required & Highly Desired Attributes:
n
n
Experience: Proven track record as a Foreman/Site Manager within remedial construction.
n
Sector Background: Strong experience in multi-residential remedial projects or high-end insurance building works.
n
Trade Background: A trade qualification in Carpentry or Waterproofing is highly regarded.
n
Project Capability: Comfortable running projects valued between $500k and $12m.
n
Qualifications: A degree or diploma in
Construction/Project
Management is a plus, but not essential - your proven site experience is what matters most.
n
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage live-environment residential sites with diplomacy.
n
Logistics: Full Australian Driver's License and white card.
