THE ROLE
n
We currently have two Store Manager opportunities across boutiques in Melbourne, including a brand-new store opening. As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of boutique performance, team leadership and customer experience, typically working Tuesday to Saturday.
n
This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role - you'll be leading from the front, building a solid team culture and directly driving the success of your boutique.

Day-to-Day
n
n
Open and close the boutique, leading trade across the day
n
Get hands-on in the fitting room, styling and building genuine client relationships
n
Coach, motivate and develop your team to hit sales and service targets
n
Track daily,



weekly and monthly performance against key metrics and translate insights into action
n
Manage rosters, wages and stock accuracy within budget
n
Maintain strong visual presentation standards and execute campaigns and promotions
n
Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing boutique team
n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
n
Proven retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within fashion or premium retail
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
n
A confident coach with a track record of developing team capability
n
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
n
Strong organisational and operational execution skills
n

SALARY

$67,000 - $68,000 + Super + performance-based bonus + 50% staff discount
