Victoria's Big Build Graduate Program offers a 2-year rotation where you'll work with project teams, gain hands-on experience, and receive structured learning and mentoring to build your capability for major infrastructure projects.
We recognise diverse backgrounds and provide pathways into public infrastructure roles.
Successful candidates will develop business cases, review concept designs, and contribute to cost monitoring while aligning with the Victorian Government's infrastructure program.
