Synergie Australia is seeking aVendor Engagement Leadfor a contract opportunity based inMelbourne CBD.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, driving vendor performance, supplier engagement and operational excellence across a complex project environment.
You will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance outcomes and ensuring service delivery standards are achieved.

What you will be required to do:
You will be responsible for managing key vendor relationships and driving performance outcomes to support project success.
Manage and measure vendor performance against agreed outcomes and service standards
Drive project outcomes through effective vendor engagement and coordination
Lead supplier meetings to review performance, issues and improvement opportunities
Monitor vendor compliance and contractual obligations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Analyse performance trends and provide reporting to leadership teams
Support procurement, supply chain and financial activities aligned to project objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across vendor networks and key accounts
To be successful in the role you will:
Have experience in procurement, vendor management,
contract management or supplier performance environments
Bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
Demonstrate experience managing vendor or supplier performance frameworks
Have strong financial, reporting and data analysis capabilities
Possess sound risk management and compliance knowledge
Be highly organised with a focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement
Have the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders
Highly regarded:
Experience within procurement, facilities management or supplier management environments
Experience managing operational performance and service delivery outcomes
Exposure to large-scale contracts or outsourced service delivery models
Experience within facilities management, property, construction or infrastructure sectors
