The Chance
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to take on a newly created position as a State Manager, focusing on individual and community supports.
This position is responsible for overseeing the large-scale delivery of person-centred services, including in-home supports, allied health integration, and complex community-based programs.
Reporting directly to the executive team, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the operational performance of community-based disability services
Ensuring service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and regulatory standards
Driving financial results, workforce capability, and exceptional customer experiences
Promoting service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
Leading and supporting managers across multiple geographic locations
This is a key leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator who is committed to enhancing service outcomes within the disability sector.
About You You are a performance-driven leader with a strong people focus and significant experience in disability or community health services.
You will have:
At least 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments
Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks
A proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through change
Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise
Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
A collaborative leadership style that prioritises culture, safety, and accountability
A tertiary qualification in Health,



Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field is essential.
Postgraduate qualifications in business or management are highly regarded.
