Manager - Clinical Excellence & Learning
to join our Executive Team and lead the future of practitioner development, workforce capability, and clinical excellence across our growing organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to influence organisational strategy, drive innovation, strengthen clinical quality, and build the next generation of behaviour support practitioners and leaders.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this permanent full-time position is designed for a senior-level skilled who is passionate about driving clinical excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing training programmes that ensure compliance with industry standards and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee organisation-wide learning and development frameworks
Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives
Drive evidence-based learning strategies aligned with NDIS requirements and participant outcomes
Oversee the development and continuous improvement of clinical resources, templates, assessment tools, and practice frameworks
Support clinical leaders to strengthen documentation standards, PBS plans, risk assessments, and quality outcomes
Promote evidence-based practice across the organisation
Lead mentoring, reflective practice, clinical education, and supervision initiatives
Support workforce planning and capability-building strategies
Collaborate on recruitment and workforce pipeline initiatives
About You:
You are an experienced clinical leader who thrives on developing people, improving systems, and creating sustainable organisational capability.
You bring a strategic mindset while remaining passionate about supporting practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.
Relevant Allied Health qualification or related discipline, including:
Occupational Therapy
Social Work
Education
Human Services or similar
Advanced knowledge of Behaviour Support
Minimum of proficient under the NDISQSC Capability Framework
Demonstrated experience developing frameworks, systems, resources, or organisational improvement initiatives
Expertise in workforce capability development, clinical supervision, and adult learning principles
Strong project management, change management, and quality improvement capability
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
