The Opportunity
n
We're looking for a Functional Assessor to join our team on a casual basis working between the hours of 8am and 5pm to provide and undertake physical capacity assessments and administration support relating to WHS processes.
n
This would suit a 2nd or 3rd year student who wants to gain work experience or a recent graduate looking to gain full time employment within their field of study!
n
About the role
n
n
Conduct functional capacity assessments and deliver manual handling training
n
Support WHS initiatives through accurate documentation and safe work practices
n
Maintaining the functional assessment procedures and documentation
n
Build strong candidate relationships and compliance processes of WHS
n
Basics administration duties as required

To be successful you will need the following
n
A qualification or studying in Health Sciences or Allied Health
(Degree/Masters/Honours)
in one of the below, or similar
n
n
Physiotherapy
n
Occupational Therapy
n
Exercise Physiology
n
Exercise Science (Exercise Sports Science)
n
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
n
Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Robust attention to detail and effective time management
n
Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
n
Proactive problem-solving approach
n
Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
n
Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
