Currently recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to work on HR projects in the insurance space, this role requires someone with Financial Services experience working on SAP HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

Capture business requirements, create future business processes in collaboration with the business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, assist with solution options and assess solution impacts and cross program dependencies.
n
Assist with Change Management scoping and training
n
Be the conduit between Tech teams and the business to help with clarifying questions to ensure what is delivered is to stakeholder expectation
n
Ensure documentation is up to date on Confluence, JIRA and Visio.
n
n
Your Skills:
n
n
Senior Business Analyst who sits in technology projects in HRIS projects, ideally successfactors, fieldglass etc.
n
5 + years Business Analyst experience working with SAP HR projects.
n
Experience with configuration, excel, and if you have AI Chatbot experience would be a plus
n
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
n
This is not a functional BA role.
