About the Role
n
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and delivering high-quality patient care? We're looking for an Urgent Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Urgent Care Centre and drive excellence across clinical care, team performance, and patient experience.
n
This is a dynamic role combining clinical leadership with operational management, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

As the Urgent Care Manager, you will:

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care
n
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the centre runs smoothly and meets all clinical and regulatory standards
n
Drive workflow improvements to enhance patient flow and reduce wait times
n
Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
n
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, accreditation, and quality standards
n
Monitor site performance, including financial outcomes and service delivery metrics
n
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare partners
n

What You'll Bring

Current registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 3 years' clinical experience (urgent care, primary care, or ED highly regarded)
n
Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
n
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
