Job Description
Officeworks is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join the Store Operations Transformation team in
Chadstone/Melbourne.
You will drive end-to-end improvements across 175+ stores, applying Lean, Kaizen and digital initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

You will partner with frontline teams, central operations, technology and AI squads to deliver measurable outcomes. You will design and run Kaizen events, build a pipeline of opportunities, and support business cases
