As our business continues to grow,we're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to help streamline our administration, supplier management, equipment compliance and project support functions.

This is an opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team where you'll work alongside the director of business at the office and warehouse in Chermside and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, with a direct say in how to implement new business systems relating to role.

About the Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised individual who enjoys creating structure, managing processes and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
n
Working closely with the Director, project supervisors and finance, you will take ownership of a variety of administrative, procurement and operational support functions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage office and warehouse consumable stock levels.
n
Coordinate purchasing and supplier orders.
n
Track deliveries and reconcile delivery dockets against purchase orders.
n
Review supplier invoices and verify pricing accuracy.
n
Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies relating to deliveries, invoices and orders.
n
Prepare invoices for finance approval and payment processing.
n
n
Project Cost Tracking & Administration
n
n
Monitor materials and consumables allocated to projects.
n
Maintain records of project-related purchases and costs.
n
Assist in ensuring purchases are correctly coded and allocated to jobs.
n
Support supervisors with record-keeping of site deliveries and purchases.
n
n
Asset & Compliance Management
n
n
Track and coordinate servicing schedules of vehiclesand equipment
n
Organise testing, compliance inspections and certifications for company equipment.
n
Ensure all compliance records are maintained and current.
n
n
Office & Team Support
n
n
Assist with document management and record keeping.
n
Follow up outstanding information with staff and suppliers.
n
Help maintain efficient systems and procedures across the business.
n
Support management with general administration and operational tasks.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
Previous experience inconstruction office administration, office management, accounts administration or project administrationin construction sector or related sectors.
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
n
Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
n
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
n
Experience with construction industry administration will be highly regarded.
n
Experience with accounting or job costing software is advantageous butnot essential
n
