Job Description
GM3 seeks expressions of interest for Deputies (Mining Supervisors) to join Tahmoor Mine in the Southern Highlands of NSW, as operations resume under new ownership.
This permanent role focuses on safety leadership, supervision of crews, and achieving production targets in an underground coal setting.
Successful candidates will supervise crews, enforce mining legislation, report to the Undermanager, and promote a solid safety culture while coordinating risk assessments and planning.
